  • Free shipping is offered to orders exceeding $100 within the U.S.


Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are typically shipped on the same day or the next business day.


Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is on its way, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. This allows you to conveniently monitor the status of your shipment at any time.


Important Considerations
:

  • It’s important to note that once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Allergosan USA no longer has control over the delivery speed. Shipping delays may occur, particularly during peak seasons like holidays, or due to adverse weather conditions.
  • After the package has been successfully delivered to your specified shipping address, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure its safekeeping. Allergosan USA cannot provide reimbursement for products that have been successfully delivered, as verified through the tracking number.
