Shipping & Returns
Our standard shipping option is 2-day shipping with FedEx. For orders above $100, we offer free shipping. Once we ship your order, we will email you a tracking number and you can check the status of your order any time. Once the package has been delivered to the shipping address, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep the package safe. Allergosan USA will not reimburse for products that were successfully delivered (verified via tracking number).
Our subscription option allows you to sign up for a monthly recurring shipment of your order while receiving a 10% discount. When you sign up for a subscription, you will receive a confirmation notice. Each month, you will receive an automated email reminder that your subscription is about to be restocked.
You can make adjustments to your subscription (e.g., updating payment information, pausing the subscription, adding products) on https://www.omnibioticlife.com/my-account/ or by emailing us at email@example.com
If you wish to pause or cancel your subscription, please do so prior to the refill date. Once the subscription refill has triggered in our system, the order will be processed and sent out. If you fail to pause or cancel your subscription prior to the refill date, your order will be processed and shipped.

Any claims for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns require a Return Label issued by Customer Service, so please contact us at email@example.com or (914) 615-9914.
